I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation online. They text to confirm and stayed in communication to remind me. It was a smooth and easy check in at the service counter. From service to sales, very professional
Vehicle still has noise during starting. I pointed this out at onset of service. Service could not explain what was origin of noise. The clatter noise is still there. I fear I will have trouble with the starter in the future, at the most inopportune time.

I liked that they didn't waste my time. It was a very efficient and quick transaction. Also it was no pressure to make a deal. They had better pricing than the Buick dealership in Bentonville. Also the Bentonville Buick dealership wanted to add almost $1,000 dealer add-on fees to the exact same vehicle I got at Superior in Fayetteville without the fake fees. I highly recommend them! Special shout out to my sales person Jeff for being knowledgeable and no-pressure.

Before abd during the sale- their name fits the service After- they said they would call, still not yet. Also, thought I would get mats free or maybe a hat, but nothing. I have never had to take the mats out of the truck I was trading-in to have floor mats. So, I would say all was perfect, until I signed. Also, I would think t H ey would push the GMC extended warranty plan, but I don't think that is what I was sold.

Bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado RST about 3 months ago. Great vehicle and the buying process was easy.
Only issue I’ve had is getting my license plates. Can’t seem to get an actual answer on what the problem is. They use a 3rd party company for out of state vehicle registration but that company can’t give me any information either. Just feels like a game of “let me check on that” and never getting a real answer.

Louis my salesman and Randy at the service department took great care of me. I bought a used car and the same evening I drove off, I realized an Led strip in my headlight was fading. They ordered me a new one and absorbed the cost of it which was $1,600. They weren't obligated too, but they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. We shopped for a vehicle at Superior this week. I was not looking forward to the experience at all with pushy salesmen, pushy finance officer. Car lots are typically not a place to shop and feel comfortable. Update: After posting this, someone reached out and wanted to do what they could to make things right. I took the car to Audi and it needed a whole new sunroof, wind deflector, and some parts in the ceiling dome console were broken due to water damage. Superior paid the full amount of $1300. I appreciate them doing this. While this was a big inconvenience, I appreciate them doing the right thing and I am satisfied with the resolution.

We purchased a new car which has turned out to be a lemon! It has a vibration in low rpm under load and everyone acknowledges it, duplicates it, but when they couldn't fix it GM decided it was NORMAL! I've had trouble getting calls returned and they have not helped us to get our car repaired or to get help from GM. Also I found in the paperwork that they had me sign an agreement to not pursue any claim as a class action suit - I guess GM knows they have problems.

Well, after many discussions on a few trucks, it was not to be. The sales team was friendly and could not have been more pleasant but the bottom line, no interaction and for sure no compromise on the the two vehicles. Knowing I wasted a total of 4 weeks trying to be fair, the end result was another dealer and another sale. When you have more data than the general manager and salesman, this is the end result.
Coming from Ford to GMC is like night and day. Everyone is amazing. Tonight my check engine light came on and Cody in service (who isn’t even a tech) took the time to check and figured out the issue. This guy needs a raise! Thank you to GMC for great service all around!

While traveling through Arkansas, we called Superior’s Service Department when we saw a warning light on our car. They were very knowledgeable and worked us in the next day. Everyone was so nice and the place was very clean. We were even offered a free ride back to our motorhome or out to breakfast while we waited. I made an impromptu visit to the service dept in order to see if I could get my new fob quickly retransmitted post a battery jump a few days earlier. A procedure that takes minutes. But, due to the trouble shooting diligence of Hunter and the service manager they quickly discovered why the fob lost it's transmission in the first place, why it didn't resume post jump as it should have, and what it would take to fix.
