Easy to work with!! Simple process and no gimmicks!

We purchased a new car which has turned out to be a lemon! It has a vibration in low rpm under load and everyone acknowledges it, duplicates it, but when they couldn't fix it GM decided it was NORMAL! I've had trouble getting calls returned and they have not helped us to get our car repaired or to get help from GM. Also I found in the paperwork that they had me sign an agreement to not pursue any claim as a class action suit - I guess GM knows they have problems.

No hassle, no long waits, great experience buying from Aaron at Superior.

Well, after many discussions on a few trucks, it was not to be. The sales team was friendly and could not have been more pleasant but the bottom line, no interaction and for sure no compromise on the the two vehicles. Knowing I wasted a total of 4 weeks trying to be fair, the end result was another dealer and another sale. When you have more data than the general manager and salesman, this is the end result.

Coming from Ford to GMC is like night and day. Everyone is amazing. Tonight my check engine light came on and Cody in service (who isn’t even a tech) took the time to check and figured out the issue. This guy needs a raise! Thank you to GMC for great service all around!

While traveling through Arkansas, we called Superior’s Service Department when we saw a warning light on our car. They were very knowledgeable and worked us in the next day. Everyone was so nice and the place was very clean. We were even offered a free ride back to our motorhome or out to breakfast while we waited. They checked everything out but found nothing and did not charge us at all. Thank you for great service!

I made an impromptu visit to the service dept in order to see if I could get my new fob quickly retransmitted post a battery jump a few days earlier. A procedure that takes minutes. But, due to the trouble shooting diligence of Hunter and the service manager they quickly discovered why the fob lost it's transmission in the first place, why it didn't resume post jump as it should have, and what it would take to fix. Hunter and the whole service department did an amazing job as usual. I have yet to have a negative experience with this service department. Until now I had only been there for the usual oil change and tire rotation. This time was a bit different and involved a towing the car to the dealership. I truly anticipated a nightmare, but they made everything so incredibly easy. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had our vehicle fixed earlier than I expected. The mats in the hatch do not appear to have been touched. Smudge marks and film were left. Mix up in the paperwork. Mason said he would make copies and leave them in the vehicle. That was not done. He left them at Aaron’s desk, and Aaron did not give them to me. So I have to come back.

Inherited my father's preowned GMC Yukon Denali when I totaled my previous vehicle and he decided to upgrade.
Have taken it in for service twice and am very impressed with the service department. They make the process easy and stress-free.
Recently the check engine light had been coming on every now and then and so I took it in and they did a free diagnostic check. Most other dealerships would probably charge you for that.
